Senior Technical Director & Service Manager

Following a career managing properties and a chain of SCUBA retailers, Scott joined Top Hat in 2013 as a general handyman focusing on all things electrical and mechanical. Scott grew his skills through hands-on field experience and professional seminars, becoming our leading technology and electrical expert excelling in troubleshooting and problem-solving. This led to his promotion to Head Technician, Foreman before joining the senior management team as Senior Technical Director and Service Manager. A graduate of NYU Gallatin School with a concentration in lighting and robotics, he also studied technical theater design and technology at Montclair State University. When not in your basement fixing the heat or lights, you’ll find Scott even deeper down in the ocean (personal max depth of 184 feet) or travelling to see the world and enjoy new experiences and cultures.
