In February 2024, Randy joined the Top Hat team to work closely with the account and field teams in conjunction with senior management, ensuring that we meet and exceed client expectations at every turn. Her prior role as COO at several NYC premiere ad agencies has allowed her to hone her creative sales, operations acumen, and customer service sensibility. A seasoned NJ agent in the luxury real estate market and a BFA graduate, she has a sophisticated eye for color, composition, and design. As Top Hat's recruitment lead, Randy continuously sources new talent to expand our offerings and enhance our client's experiences. Randy resides in NJ with her loving spouse, son, and a menagerie of animals: Raven-poodle mix, Cheddar-guinea pig, and Rupert-turtle.
