Daniel brings over a decade of hands-on experience in high-end property management, supported by a solid foundation in the industry. Raised in the Bronx, he developed his expertise working alongside his father—a superintendent who managed multiple residential buildings over a 25-year career—gaining early insight into operations, maintenance, and client relations.

With a keen eye for detail and a service-driven approach, Daniel is known for delivering exceptional standards of care while ensuring a seamless living experience for residents.

He now resides in New Jersey with his wife and two children, along with a spirited Yorkie, a friendly Doodle, and one unexpected addition—a snapping turtle. Outside of work, he enjoys home renovation projects and cheering on his kids at their many sporting events.
