The Annual Advantage Program provides clients with a broad range of services, which include, but is not limited to: installation, maintenance and repair of security systems, plumbing, HVAC units, rooftops, facades, sidewalks, stonework, handyman services and yard work. For co-op/condo apartment and loft residents, Top Hat services everything inside of your apartment. In addition, for local, out-of-town, and foreign investor/owners, Top Hat can manage and take care of a property and its residents in the owner’s absence.
